Returns & Exchanges

At Altec Lansing, we stand by the quality of our audio equipment and offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our official store. If you are not completely satisfied with your sound experience, we will provide a full refund for items returned in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Altec Lansing device along with all original accessories and manuals, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
